A leader for the Lady Eagles as a player from 2010 to 2013, Chelsie Flagg joined the Oklahoma Christian women’s soccer staff in August 2015 and is starting her third season as an assistant coach, working with the goalkeepers.
Flagg, from Highlands Ranch, Colo., played for OC from 2010 to 2013 and had one of the more interesting careers in the program's history. She started in goal for much of the 2010 and 2011 seasons before switching and becoming a midfielder in 2012 and 2013. But near the end of her senior season, she switched back to goalkeeper to help the team and recorded a scoreless streak of 290 minutes.
She received honorable mention on the All-NCCAA Central Region team in 2013. She also serves as OC's marketing and communications coordinator.
A former player at one of OC’s sister institutions, Lindsay Riggs joined the OC women’s soccer staff in August 2017 as an assistant coach.
Riggs, originally from Van Alstyne, Texas, also works as the head girls soccer coach at Mustang High School, where she is 26-11 in two seasons. Before becoming head coach, she spent three years as an assistant for the program at one of the state’s largest high schools.
She served as the coach for the Class 6A West All-State team in 2016.
Riggs played from 2007 to 2010 at Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.), where she appeared in 67 games during her four seasons. She graduated from FHU with a degree in kinesiology.
